Please phone me on 086 179 0303 to book your class or treatment or if you are unsure of what pathway to go we can discuss your needs. A private session prior to booking a term of yoga may prepare you for what to expect.

Prices are as follows
Body Therapy: €80 individual session; a €20 Deposit is required to book your appointment
Yoga €95 eight-week term (Online Zoom Classes) or €140 two classes per week.
€150 for eight weeks face to face class term
